We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully, especially as it relates to health and beauty items.
🔄 Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of health and beauty products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the product has been opened or used. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify: The product must be in its original packaging. The seal must be intact. Proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns.
🧴 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include: Your order number Photos of the product and packaging A brief description of the issue Once approved, we will offer: A replacement, or A full refund (including shipping costs)
🚫 Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Opened or used products Skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items with broken seals, Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
💵 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
📦 Return InstructionsIf your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
