🚚 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

🌏 International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.(If you don’t offer international shipping, simply remove this section.)

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
💚 Shipping Restrictions
Some health and beauty products may be restricted from shipping to certain locations due to carrier or customs regulations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express orders.
❗ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Lush Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lush Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
